The advertising division, being the oldest division is changing with the new advancements in technology and creative services in the industry. The Division has always been associated with top Directors, Production houses and Ad agencies in the industry. Apart from post-production (Offline, Online and DI) services, the division offers VFX/CGI, Digital Production, Animatics, Stop Motion, Adaptation & Versioning, 2D & 3D single frame services. The division delivered post production services for 4 ABBY Award winners in 2018 (1 Gold, 1 Silver & 2 Bronze)
DNEG’s stereo team (previously Prime Focus World) was the first in the world to convert a full Hollywood film from 2D to 3D, and its award-winning stereo conversion process has been used on some of the biggest blockbuster Hollywood movies. The industry-leading team has delivered some of Hollywood’s biggest theatrical 3D experiences, including Pacific Rim Uprising, Beauty and the Beast, Transformers: The Last Knight, Kong: Skull Island and Gravity.
DNEG’s Feature Animation division works in tandem with IP creators and filmmakers to create high-end animated features, based out of DNEG’s London HQ.
The team is led by Tom Jacomb, who has many years of experience as Associate Producer and Line Producer on full CG Animated Feature Films, having previously built two feature animation studios in London and Vancouver, and is in production on two major animated movies.
From script to screen, Prime Focus partners with production companies and brands to develop and deliver beautifully animated CG content for television, offering the scale and experience to deal with projects of any size. Animation credits include a fully CG animated TV show for a major global toy brand.
