April 12, 2017The 64th National Awards were announced on Friday, 7 April 2017 and S.Thirunavukarasu was declared as the winner of Best Cinematography for his work on '24' – a Tamil film graded by Prime Focus’ Colorist Ashirwad Hadkar. This is the third year in a row that Prime Focus has delivered its color grading and post production services for the winner of National Award for Best Cinematography. Prime Focus previously delivered DI services for the Best Cinematography award winner Sudeep Chatterjee, who won the award for Chotushkone and Bajirao Mastani in 2015 and 2016 respectively.
